It began with two sisters
AMA is the co-collaboration of two Jamaican sisters who saw the need for creating a space and facilitating the journey back to self. Both having journeyed into the world only to feel the spiritual deficit of humanity, they created AMA as a lifestyle—a means of coming home to self through practices of yoga, meditation and holistic healing. AMA is an offering where the sisters act as guides in teaching yoga, facilitating meditation and sound bath sessions, wellness and nutrition coaching, holistic skincare guidance, tea ceremonies and more. Together, they have devoted their lives to walking as guides, walking alongside the souls of humanity to continuously inspire love, light and truth for each person’s path. AMA has worked with a variety of individuals and distinguished partners such as Breadnut Valley Estate, Geejam Hotel, Norse Hill Estate, Rockhouse, One Retreats—Psilocybin Mushroom Retreats in Jamaica, Tmrw Today, Norte Nosara Yoga & Surf Hotel, Tierra Encantada Wellness Resort and boutique hotels and villas across Jamaica, Costa Rica, and Bali.
Alongside hotels and wellness resorts, AMA believes in reaching those who don’t necessarily have access to the wellness industry due to systemic injustices and inequality. AMA has established partnerships with various prisons to bring about yoga and meditation practices as part of the rehabilitation process. Furthermore, they offer their services in trauma-informed holistic healing to organisations that work with childhood sexual assault and assault against the female body which has become a major issue in the Caribbean.
What grounds the work of AMA is the desire to facilitate healing in both individuals and communities through trauma-informed social justice, spirituality, artistry, and connecting each person to their light—their true purpose.

Abigail
Abigail Berry is a Jamaican movement artist, certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher, Reiki certified practitioner Levels 1 and 2, and sound healer.
Rooted in a deep sense of connection, her work weaves together holistic tools to guide the body into presence and inner awareness. Through her sound healing offerings, Abigail creates transformative, alchemical experiences held within safe and nurturing containers. She incorporates crystal alchemy bowls and a range of other instruments to carry participants on journeys of deep restoration and resonance.
As an artist and trained dancer with a B.S. in Management & Business and Dance Research, Abigail’s practice is informed by her own love for nature and witnessing her body move through the Earth. She is traditionally trained and received her foundational training at Vickers’ Dance Studio in Kingston, Jamaica where she currently dances and continues to develop her craft with The Company Dance Theatre. Abigail has worked with acclaimed choreographers and directors including the late Tony Wilson, Sade Bully-Bell, Renee McDonald and Sidra Bell and has deepened her practice through elite training programs such as the Paul Taylor Summer Intensive, Valleto Dance Instensive and the Bates Dance Festival, to name a few.
Abigail explores the intersection of sound, nature, and somatic movement. For her, dance is transformation Inspired by the earth’s rhythms — growth, change, and flow. She captures the unfolding of the present moment and molds it into choreography, healing, and occasionally, dance films.
Alongside her sister Arielle, Abigail co-founded AMA, where she leads the sound-healing, movement sessions and conscious-film inspired photography through a creative vision rooted in love, empowerment, and soulful expression. Abigail’s passion for healing, art, and community continues to shape her offerings, inviting others into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
Arielle
Arielle Berry is a Jamaican certified Integration Nutrition Health Coach, Reiki certified practitioner Levels 1 and 2 and 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher.
Her work transcends the body as much as it transcends the mind where she previously studied human behaviour, psychology and sociology at the University of Miami and University of Sandiego. Through her own desire to heal and to know herself, Arielle has undergone a praxis of seeking therapeutic tools and counselling on her own self before offering to others. She has lived in sober homes in Sierra Tuscan, halfway houses where she was able to witness the deep state of trauma on humans suffering from addiction and disorder, and various therapies including Equestrian therapy which uses horses in the therapeutic process of healing physically, emotionally and socially.
Alongside her sister Abigail, Arielle co-founded AMA, where she leads the yoga, wellness coaching and psychological aspects of the organisation through her own desire to know the human mind and balance it with the human heart. Her work is a trauma-informed, heart-led initiative of guiding others into their path of purpose.
Currently Arielle is working with various organisations in Jamaica on women’s empowerment and the issues of child-sexual assault. She mentors and works with victims of sexual assault and is currently engaged in a writing project for children that teaches both children and parents how to understand consent, boundaries and safety in the home.
